By accessing or using SagaAI (sagaai.app), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of service

SagaAI is an AI-assisted content creation platform for creators on Instagram and TikTok. The service includes script generation, trend monitoring, metrics analysis, and content adaptation across platforms.

The service is in early access and may undergo changes, interruptions, or feature discontinuation without prior notice.

3. User account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under it. You must provide truthful information when signing up.

By connecting social platform accounts (Instagram, TikTok), you authorize SagaAI to access data according to the scopes requested during OAuth authorization.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to: use the service for any illegal purpose, attempt to access other users' accounts, reverse-engineer or copy the software, or use unauthorized bots or automation to interact with the service.

5. AI-generated content

Content generated by SagaAI (scripts, suggestions, insights) is provided as suggestions. You are solely responsible for the content you publish on your social media.

SagaAI does not guarantee that generated content will be accurate, original, or suitable for any specific purpose.

6. Intellectual property

Content generated by SagaAI for you is your property. You may use it freely on your platforms.

The SagaAI platform, including code, design, branding, and underlying technology, is the exclusive property of SagaAI.

7. Payment and cancellation

Early access is billed monthly according to the chosen plan. You may cancel at any time and will retain access until the end of the paid period.

We offer a 7-day guarantee after your first purchase. If you are not satisfied, request a refund within this period.

8. Limitation of liability

SagaAI is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, absence of errors, or specific engagement or growth results on your social media.

In no event shall SagaAI be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service.

9. Changes to terms

We may change these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sao Paulo, SP.
