1. Data we collect

We collect the data you provide directly: name, email, and phone/WhatsApp when you join the waitlist or create an account.

When you connect your Instagram or TikTok accounts via OAuth, we receive your username, profile picture, follower count, and content metrics (views, likes, comments, shares). We never have access to your passwords on those platforms.

We also collect site usage data (pages visited, clicks) via PostHog to improve the product.

2. How we use your data

We use your data to: provide the SagaAI service (generate scripts, analyze metrics, monitor trends), send communications about the product and early access, and improve the user experience.

Your social platform data is used exclusively to display your metrics and generate insights within SagaAI. We do not sell, share, or use this data for any other purpose.

3. Storage and security

Your data is stored on secure servers via Supabase (AWS infrastructure). Social platform access tokens are stored encrypted.

We use HTTPS for all communications and follow industry-standard security practices.

4. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with: infrastructure providers (Supabase, Vercel) necessary to operate the service, and social platform APIs (Meta, TikTok) as authorized by you via OAuth.

We may disclose data if required by law or court order.

5. Your rights

You may at any time: disconnect your social platform accounts (tokens are removed immediately), request deletion of your account and all associated data, and request a copy of your data.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and language preferences. We use PostHog for product usage analytics. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy periodically. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a notice on the site. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
